One of the things most fun about Amsterdam is the many terraces spread throughout the city. There are different styles of terraces, unique menus & signature drinks on offer. With or without water views, however, the vibes are always great or as we say here gezellig; meaning cozy.

The Dutch government has announced that terraces and restaurants will reopen on June 1st!

Kop van Oost One of my favorite spots to hang out. The ambiance is relaxed, it is a great spot to watch the sunset right there on the water, and the food is delish! A beautifully designed restaurant where the views match the yummy items on the menu.

Nomads Amsterdam This restaurant offers a ‘traveling’ world type cuisine with the goal of introducing dinners to undiscovered culinary gems, they definitely keep in interesting! You can enjoy all this on their sunny terrace right there on the water, with great chillaxing vibes!

Waterkant An easy-breezy restaurant located in downtown Amsterdam with probably the biggest waterfront-sun terrace in the city center!

De school This place is big and has different spaces one of which is a terrace. It's also a nightclub, cafe, restaurant, concert hall, art display, and even a gym!

Bam boa Bam Boa has a cheerful and bright design with a sunny terrace to enjoy food, cocktails & summer vibes! Their new shared dining menu is fun, light, and delish!

W Hotel On the 6th floor of the stunning W Hotel you’ll find a gorgeous rooftop lounge complete with a pool offering beautiful views of the city. Experience good vibes, design, and luxury.

Floor 17 This is another beautiful rooftop terrace located at the top of the Leonardo Hotel overlooking Rembrandtpark. 85 meters high, spacious where each area has a slightly different style, and the views are spectacular!

VondelPark3 VondelPark3 is located in a gorgeous building formally a Pavillion in the Vondel Park, the Dutch version of the famous Central Park in NYC. A big terrace right at the heart of the city’s prettiest green lung, it doesn’t come more relaxing than this spot!
