Inca Is in their own words: “We're redefining the Peruvian experience. The INCA way”. Inca offers a Peruvian-inspired menu with incredible flavors and fresh ingredients. Though on the small side, the interior is vibrant and stylish, making it a fun place to hang out with friends. The cocktails are just as inventive as the dishes, so don’t forget to try one (or two)! The Ceviche is to die for! A couple of my favorite dishes are the TIRADITO NIKKEI, LA OSTRA DE INCA, and ARROZ ACHIVADO.

This is one of my favorites! No list of Amsterdam hotspots is complete without Arca. Arca blends contemporary design with a menu full of bold flavors and beautifully presented Portuguese dishes. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and cozy, and the food is consistently outstanding! My absolute go-to for a memorable dining experience!
