One Michelin Star Restaurants In Amsterdam

The Duchess - This beautiful and elegant hotspot is my absolute favorite! I have celebrated a few special milestones myself here with my family. It is part of the gorgeous W hotel in Amsterdam. The vibe is roaring twenties with the elegance of traditional London hospitality balanced and Viennese grandeur. The menu consists of Mediterranean and French-influenced dishes.
Address: Spuistraat 172, Amsterdam.

My favorite dish; spaghetti and caviar!

Bolenius - What better way to experience the Dutch kitchen than right here! Delicate and refined while celebrating local ingredients.

De Kas - The name of this restaurant translated from Dutch means the Greenhouse. They grow approximately 300 different kinds of vegetables, herbs, and fruits in their own greenhouse. The chef of De Kas definitely puts his money where his mouth is when it comes to his cooking philosophy which is plant-to-plate. They serve fresh produce that is handpicked each day. It really doesn’t get fresher than that! Address: Kamerlingh Onneslaan 3, Amsterdam.

De Juwelier - Urban chic decore serving a French-inspired menu with seafood as the star of the show.
Address: Utrechtsestraat 51, Amsterdam.

The White Room - It doesn't get more grandiose than this place...Golden, sophisticated and glamorous. The interior is spectacular! The White Room is derived from the historical name of the room ‘De Witte Zaal’, the name that was given to the restaurant when it first opened in 1885. This restaurant is listed as a monument and is considered to be the oldest restaurant in Amsterdam in its original condition.
Address: Dam 9, Amsterdam.

Mos - Located in the Ijdok marina, the views that surround you are beautiful! The kitchen is inspired by French and international cuisine with an extensive wine list to match.
Address: IJdok 185, Amsterdam.

Ron Gastrobar - Chef Ron Blaauw is probably the most famous of them all. This is where you will be pampered from start to finish, as their motto is “Eating out should be a party!”. Urban style, hip, with a great none pompous ambiance. The food, oh the food! Not only is it delicious but original and creative.
Address: Sophialaan 55, Amsterdam.
